Drones are quickly transcending their status as mere toys. With new developments and industrial applications like Amazon drone deliveries, drones are set to take centre stage. The global market for commercial applications of drone technology, then estimated at $2 billion, was forecast to balloon to as much as $127 billion by 2020.
Krishna Sudarshan, the founder of Aspec Scire, started the company to help real estate companies improve their business with actionable insights using sophisticated image processing and machine learning algorithms over drone-collected data. A veteran with vast experience in data science across business verticals, he understands the challenges and opportunities in this domain.
Parallel helped Aspec Scire design the initial product and continuously improve it through design sprints and successive design engagements.
The latest round of work we did was to help them go global with a DIY platform that supports multiple types of construction projects, such as roads, solar plants, lighting and commercial/residential projects.
